Hello loves!
As you know,I'm not health or fitness expert or anything like that but I have a few tips to share with you on how to be a healthier.
Start by drinking more water
You probably already know how incredibly important it is to drink lots of water and keep hydrated. The benefits of water are almost endless but we'll start with the fact that it actually keeps you alive and looking young and radiant.I'm not sure if this is true or not but apparently you should drink half as much as you weigh each day.
Don't stay up too late
I'm a teenager and I fully understand that you're probably not getting enough sleep for one of two reasons:
1. You can't stop reading that one page with that one quote on from The Fault In Our Stars
2. You have an account on some sort of social networking site
Me too. However, getting enough sleep is also really important because your young body needs to be able to rest so you can fully function the next day.Getting enough sleep can also minimize anxiety!
Eat breakfast
I bet you've heard people say that breakfast is the most important meal of the day before. Why?Because it is.Whether you want to or not,you need to eat breakfast because you need energy for the day ahead of you to make sure your brain is properly working.Try eating things like porridge oats with berries and honey.I sometimes add cocoa powder to my oats,so it tastes like chocolate! It sounds really gross, but it tastes great.
Start Exercising
It passes a lot of people by that they have the ability to change their entire life simply by exercising.Obviously, you don't have to run 26 miles everyday, but just going on a little jog can do a lot.It doesn't even have to be running. You could go swimming or even skating with your friends, anything!I'm an athlete and I train pretty hard 3 times a week as well as going running on all of the days that I'm not training,so if 15 year old me can do it,then you can too.
